Infrared Inspection Service

    If you would like to have a thermal inspection of your home add $75 to your inspection price. Although, we provide the option to not have an infrared inspection, it is highly recommended that you do have an infrared home inspection.

Standard Residential Home Inspection Service

    If you are buying or selling a single family home, townhouse or duplex then a residential home inspection is highly recommended. The cost for a typical home inspection is $325. Call us for pricing!

Condo Inspection

    If you need a condominium inspection the typical cost is $250. If you are purchasing multiple units call us for a pricing.

Warranty Inspection

    If you bought a newly constructed home and are close to the end of your warranty period(typically the 11th month), you should consider a warranty inspection to look for possible construction defects. The builders generally will repair problems reported within the warranty period. The typical cost for this is $325. Call us for pricing!

Draw Inspection

    Banks and financial institution that provide construction loans need projects inspected after each step of construction, before releasing funds for the next step. If you are in need of this type of inspection call us to discuss pricing.

Radon Inspection

    Radon is a cancer-causing natural radioactive gas that you can’t see, smell or taste. Its presence in your home can pose a danger to your family's health. Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in America and claims about 20,000 lives annually. A stand alone radon inspection is $200. If bought with a home inspection expect a $50 discount.

Mold Inspection

    Although we do not currently test for mold. If we find moisture or what appears to be mold during your inspection. We will refer you to a mold specialist.

Lead Inspection

    Although we do not currently test for lead. If we find what appears to be lead based paint during your inspection. We will refer you to a lead specialist.

Asbestos Inspection

    Although we do not currently test for asbestos. If we find what appears to be an asbestos containing shingle, insulation, or floor tile during your inspection. We will refer you to an asbestos specialist.

Energy Audits

    Energy Audits show homeowners areas of the home that could be more efficient. Improvements to these areas could directly effect you wallet. ie. Lower your enegery bills. If you have an older home or newer home an Energy Audit is well worth the money.
